To Our Supporters and Friends:

The past 15 months have been an incredible experience. I have had the pleasure of running for a spot on the GOP ballot for 2010 United States Senate for Colorado.

I regret to inform you that we did not make the ballot in the caucus system of Colorado at the state convention.Let me thank everyone that did support me. I have met some of the most wonderful and interesting people over the past year in my life. The grass roots people of Colorado are real Americans that are willing to fight for our country.

I do hope that if any of you ever come through Denver you will look me up. I would always welcome some time to chat and have coffee or tea with you. I might even do the same when I come through your part of Colorado.

Keep up the fight we must stop this socialist movement that is going on in our country. I pray that those that make it from the GOP side will have the backbone to stand up and say no more and stand up to the foolishness in Washington.

Our country is in trouble and yet I fear that many think it is going to turn around just because some in our party believe this it is automatic after what Obama has done to us. It is not automatic. I believe unless we put the right leadership in office we will not see a difference.

I have gone to over 900 places in the past year throughout Colorado. I have added 68,000 miles to my Ford truck. I have been in ever type business in Colorado. Delivered a calf, help round up hogs, rode some beautiful horses and walked in every parade in the state while doing it with the most conservative message on the trail. We did all this within our

budget and many of you helped us with your contribution of which I am grateful. So, hard work obviously is not the answer.

This is a year we will all remember and this is a year we will make history and I do hope it is for the good of America.

Thanks to everyone that has supported us and I hope your days ahead are with prosperity and peace.

I especially what to thank all the wonderful people that volunteered to help us move this campaign forward. With out those that who gave so much effort to this campaign we could not have gotten our message out.

This website will shut down on Monday, May 24.

Tidwell – Dedicated to Serving the People of Colorado

Denver, CO (VERHOEFF) March 25, 2010 - Cleve Tidwell, experienced business leader and U S Senatorial candidate stated during this quarterly review that he has looked at several alternatives in this election year. However, after getting all the facts as late as yesterday, he is committed more than ever to continuing his bid for the U S Senate seat for Colorado. Cleve pointed out that he has a powerful and effective team in place and he is ready to help the people of Colorado. We must make a choice to bring business sense to Washington. He is highly qualified to do just that. He has received over 500 emails of encouragement from supporters in the past 24 hours. That sends a strong message and he listens to the people.

Cleve is a strong leader, a people person, a soft spoken man with a knack for speaking to the people on their level with a strong voice and a cause he’s willing and able to stand up for. He’s offering a choice to the people of this state. Cleve is the only candidate in the U.S. Senate race that brings business and international experience to this race. Something we need in Washington, now more than ever. If there’s anything the people are asking for this year, it’s an authentic REAL candidate to fill an office. Cleve will listen to the people. He will give them what they want – the REAL Cleve Tidwell.

Cleve stepped down from his professional position in April 2009 to stand up for the people of Colorado. He has restructured his campaign with some well planned high profile additions and is ready to take this senate seat back from the democrats.

Conservative Party Endorsement – Press Release

March 12th, 2010 Posted in Endorsement | No Comments »

FORMATION OF CONSERVATIVE PARTY OF COLORADO AND ITS ENDORSEMENT OF CLEVE TIDWELL AND DAN MAES

FRISCO, CO, MARCH 12, 2010: Guy Pacot this week began the non-profit incorporation process for the Conservative Party of Colorado (CPC). Mr. Pacot states his reasons for doing so are numerous. The reasons run the gamut from a general lack of leadership nationally in the Republican Party; the Colorado GOP pushing the envelope in regards to pre-primary neutrality; Republican lawmakers participating in pork-barrel spending and their questionable relationships with lobbyists; and the meddling of national Republican entities and members in Colorado elections just to name a few.

Mr. Pacot began last November searching for a national conservative organization to associate with and he found the Conservative Party USA (http://conservativepartyusa.com) and after multiple discussions and exchange of emails signed an affiliate agreement with them. Colorado was the 11th affiliate and the Conservative Party USA is now represented in 18 states. Mr. Pacot believes that the CPC will appeal to the numerous disappointed and disenfranchised Republicans, numerous independents, and even to conservative Democrats that feel imprisoned by the far left-wing of their party.

The CPC is not a recognized minor political party yet, but will begin circulating the petition to do so next month. Since the CPC will not have ballot access this November it has circulated its Candidate’s Pledge to the candidates in the national races. We have only had two of the pledges signed and returned, one candidate respectfully decline, and one “maybe” from another candidate. To see the Candidate’s Pledge, go to http://www.conservativepartyco.org/?page_id=57.

Cleve Tidwell, candidate for U.S. Senate and Dan Maes, candidate for Colorado Governor are the two that have signed and returned their pledges. The Conservative Party of Colorado is proud to endorse both Cleve Tidwell and Dan Maes in the upcoming mid-term elections in November.

Please take the time and visit our website (http://conservativepartyco.org) and feel free to contact me to discuss this further.

Candidate Cleve Tidwell enters race for U.S. Senate in a Big Way

February 6th, 2010 Posted in Campaign Event | No Comments »

(5/8/2009) It is easy to see that Cleve Tidwell is the great unknown in the race for U.S. Senate to oppose Michael Bennet. What may not be so clear to see about the great unknown, is how quickly his support list is growing.

Tidwell began his official announcement day at the Day of Prayer in Fort Collins. Waking up before 5am to start a day that would not end until 10pm, one may begin to wonder if it’s worth the wear and tear. Cleve had this to say about his busy day, “we’re in it for the long haul, and we’re not going to stop until we get to Washington!” Read the rest of this entry »

Elected Officials Ignore the People and Raise TAXES Again in Colorado

February 4th, 2010 Posted in Colorado Taxes | No Comments »

Denver, CO (VERHOEFF) January 27, 2010 – Legal Services Building on E 14th and Sherman in Denver is the corner of displeasure again, as Cleve Tidwell and Representative Kent Lambert speak out against Tax Increases by way of MORE FEES, assessed by Colorado officials. Their appearance at 1 PM on Wednesday precedes the hearings on raising taxes on small businesses in Colorado.

Denver Democrats and Governor Ritter (aren’t they one and the same?) mount massive Obama Care style RAM IT through attack on all businesses to eliminate tax exemptions in Colorado. This, yet another attack on Colorado families and businesses must be stopped. An urgent call to action by members of the State House of Representatives has been sent out.
